Had this already been answered? Will a warn zeon 12s fit the front bumper?

Sweet. I gotta look at the mounting hole dimensions but that’s good to know. Thank younoooo idea if it's been answered or not, but the winch will fit no problem, the control/solenoid pack will likely need to be relocated though.
I like the bull bar for extra protection, but this version is too busy and ruining the classic look of the 80 for me. I appreciate the simplicity and lines of the ARB.If you want a Delta front bumper and cant decide on which

It is a hate it or love it bumper. I think its a bit big unless running 35's or 37's and probably wouldn't look right for 33's or under but what do I know. These guys put a ton of thought into them, so much more that ARB had. They are a classic around for a long time tho.I like the bull bar for extra protection, but this version is too busy and ruining the classic look of the 80 for me. Thanks for posting the comparison pictures. I have the ARB and can't wait to replace it with a Delta. Still undecided on whether to go for the full grill guard or not. I agree, Delta makes amazing parts. Like you already said, it is a bit bulky for what i do with the rig, i need all the clearance i need. Also too futuristic....but to each of its own.It is a hate it or love it bumper. They launched the full guard weeks after I got mine. Liked it more and had a buddy get into an 80 so talked him into kitchen work for the bumper. Win/ Win, it in my mind is much better than the original hands down but everyone is a little different. Thanks for posting the comparison pictures. Nobody can argue taste, but please do keep in mind our bumper has waaaaaay more clearance than an ARB bumper, in all directions.I agree, Delta makes amazing parts. some guys like fat girls and some like skinny girls!Nobody can argue taste, but please do keep in mind our bumper has waaaaaay more clearance than an ARB bumper, in all directions.
I appreciate all the R&D put into your product. Thanks again, looks like a well designed and vetted bumper!Nobody can argue taste, but please do keep in mind our bumper has waaaaaay more clearance than an ARB bumper, in all directions.

The bumper is NOT designed to support a pulling load on the face.
Along with the full grill guard option, have changed the winch tray around ever-so-slightly to allow a "feet forward" mounting option, along with the bottom/front style of mounting, if you have such a winch (Warn M16 or something along those lines).
As mentioned, the bumper was redesigned to accommodate mounting to both surfaces. But later..
I have a Delta VS front bumper with full hoop. I just picked up a cheap HF 12K Apex winch, and just doing a trial fitting.
I was looking at the bumper, and it appears to have positions for feet forward mounting, but the front face doesn't look as stout as the winch tray.
Is it a problem mounting a 12K winch feet forward. If it can be mounted feet forward, it might be possible that I can leave the solenoid pack on? Any one do this with the 12K Apex winch?
I have the JDM Aux fan...(my post from 2007, where does time go) .. and trying to sort out where to put the solenoid pack and, don't want to impact cooling for the LS swap that is coming next...

I have a 12.5 Comeup on mine, mounted feet forward, and have pulled the ever loving isht out of it. I have not had any issues to date, and anybody who's been on the road/trail with me knows I'm there to test our products to failure.
As far as mounting of Badlands, can you get a measurement of total height? From mount surface to top of control pack. I will be able to tell you if it will hit core support or not.
Just went and measured the shop 95, looks like there is right around 9" from the inside face to trans cooler. Thanks Dave! I hope that I don't pull the ever loving s*** out of my LX450.. but it is good to know I could.![]()
This graphic is from this post Apex 12K dimensions. I did a quick confirmation on my Apex 12K winch and it is <10 inches tall.
