That looks like a fantastic product, Very Well designed and executed. You guys at Delta are going to make a lot of our wives very ornery ("But, honey, I've really got to get a front bumper to be safer out there with our kids...").

I tip my hat to you.

The evolving project to get my FJ80 exactly how I want it, I hope to have the DeltaAS bumper within a year from now. Maybe by then you will have a brush guard protecting the lights and upper grill. Lots of cattle, elk, mule deer, and the like on the roads I travel. The bumper is like Phase IV on the list.

Any chance of a foot forward mounting option in the future for 12k+ winches?

Otherwise this design is amazing.

Not quite understanding your question. Are you asking if it can be mounted one whole foot farther forward?

Foot Forward winch mounting:
To meet the SAE-J706 rating standard, winches need to be mounted with the feet facing forward. This puts the mounting feet and hardware in a compression load which is a better condition than with the feet mounted downward.

It is a much better mounting solution in my opinion. Just wondering if it may be an option.

I think something like 90% of the guys in AUS mount their winches feet forward.

Much more helpful, thank you. The bumper is NOT designed to support a pulling load on the face.

Looking at the WARN documentation for their M12 and M16.5k winches, they are actually supposed to be mounted with 6 bolts on two faces! And they don't provide dimensions of mounting holes, so can't tell you if a plate or something can be retrofitted. The WARN VR12 and VR-S12 are all recommended by WARN to be mounted with the bolts vertical OR horizontal with no mention of reduction of working load, so if a 12k winch is your desire, we'd recommend one of those.

What wheels are those on that rig?

106 Beadlock | Matte Black these wheels. We actually just replaced them for the client with similar, but NON-beadlock wheels. Method claims their real beadlocks need all ring hardware re-torqued every 200 miles!! More often than you fuel up, even at the BAJA1000, so it makes no sense. BUT, the same look is available with fake beadlocks and 34mm less offset. We sell the NON-beadlock version here: METHOD Race Wheels 312 (and we are selling the used actual beadlocks from the picture you quoted, $300 ea for 5, I think retail is about 350, these have about 1500 miles on them).

Quick update on winch placement:

Got hands on an HF 12K for the shop trailer and tossed in a front bumper. It squeezes in there with room, so anything of similar size should work just fine. Thought you fine folks would be interested to know this.

Not sure how I'm seeing this only now, but that's a beautiful product!

Received my front bumper a few weeks ago and finally found time to do the install. The folks at Delta VS are excellent to deal with and responded quickly to the many questions I had. I've paired it with a Warn VR-10S and Rigid LEDs.

Also pleasantly surprised with the turn signals, hazard mode show below:

A lot of the pics posted so far have been shots from pretty closeup. Here's a good one that gives a good idea of what it looks like from a distance.

This is without a doubt the nicest bumper I've ever seen. It is also th he most expensive. If you ever get the itch to have a Christmas sale you guys let me know.

In the meantime, my Tituss will just have to go with the ill-fitting Lexus 460 bumper. Ugly, yet functional.

Can you guys make an 'import' version from China so that it's cheaper? China or India is fine with me since those people are harder working and less entitled than lazy americans, plus I like to encourage their capitalist, enterprising, free-market ways.
