You 'Kin Do It! Wow! Lots of progress since I saw it on Saturday!

Whoa! You guys made a lot of progress in ONE day! I freakin love it!

The top was heavy...I would guess 250-300#s or so. I could barely move it due to its size, but could dead lift it into the truck to scrap it so it was within those numbers above or I couldn't have moved it.

I REALLY wish I could go to Moab, but that whole 2000 miles with no trailer would be a bit of a stretch!

So get a trailer;p!

your treat?

Dan if you can swing it work wise, STLCA is taking 2 semis and Roger's truck with a 65' wedge to Cruise Moab. I think we have some spots available. Any idea what's it'll weigh loaded? Cost is still up in the air, but we're thinking ~500 per person if Diesel stays under $3. We're planing on a 2 week trip, but a few folks might fly (me included) so time might be negotiable.

PM me if you're interested.

Oh yeah...Looking good :beer::beer:

And I just might be joining this forum in the next few weeks :princess::grinpimp:

Looks good!I like the progress you have made with it!

hmm, I would be close to 5500 loaded.

You have a thread or an email you can add me to?

that 300lbs makes a diff. every lb helps. but then there is that heavy (yet sexy indeed) cage

im planning on cruise moab this year. would be cool to see the legend avacado in person. i have seen the movies....

Would be fun indeed. Maybe I can make GSMTR and you can come this way...WAY different wheeling! :)

True but.....:hhmm:.....wet, muddy, slimy trails/rocks OR nice dry trails/rocks that your tires stick too and you don't do near as much bouncing and breaking....:hhmm:....I'll take the latter!!!!

As you know Dan I have done Telico for yrs and I must say I like the trails out here WAY better!!! You can do way more hard core stuff out here b/c you don't have the lack of traction issues!!

Don't get me wrong though GSMTR is FUN!!! JM .02:hillbilly:

Looks good Dan.....lovin the transformation; now just to see her with her top back on. :)

I remember when we took that cruiser wheeling for the first time and it was all stock. Your doing a great job keeping it going! I sent Robin the link to this thread.

Now we can roll it to get some good action shots!!!

Thanks. He randomly called me a month ago or so and wanted to buy it back, but it was still squished and I wasn't about to give up on the old girl.

Wish him my best (or Robin, here is my best to you if you read this!)
