Well its mildly official now, I am moving to VA. Took a job there yesterday, there isnt squat around here. I am waiting to hear from 2 places more local but it would take a pretty good offer to back out of the other job at this point. So this leaves me with a cruiser dilemma, what to do with my cruiser. It can't make it there in its current state, I'm way to broke to ship it there, and I dont have a way to fix it where I live. Any suggestions on what to do would be awesome cause I have enough to get figured out.

Where to in VA? You could talk to some of the VA guys that are coming to GSMTR and see if one of them would have any trailer room for the trip back. If the Piggy can't make the trip to Tellico, maybe someone could help you get it there. Seems like a lot of traffic between SC, NC, and VA to make that work... Just my $0.02

If you have to rent a Uhaul truck anyway just flat tow it behind there or slap it on a tow dolly. If you rent from Hertz the dolly is only like $20 a day plus the truck, plus their trucks and trailers are much better than uhaul.

Taking it probably isnt really an option since I will be in an Apt for about a yr until I can get a house. Most Apt places arent to keen on vehicles like that sitting in their parking lots.

What part of VA are you moving to?

Is storing it locally in the upstate an option? --Assuming you had a place to store it. If it is, how long would you need to store it; worst case scenario???

Storing it locally would be an option, but it would need to be for a pretty good while, like a yr probably. I dont expect to get out of an Apt before then really. I think I'm just gonna put it in the for sale section with all the parts and everything sitting here and try and get rid of as much as I can and whatever is left in a couple weeks goes to the scrap yard.

park it in JP's yard

JP is fine with that its his wife who actually owns the house that might have a problem with that.
