Bought a 20 ga stage coach gun. Fun to shoot.

Anybody use 32 auto ammo? I sold my yugo pistol and have a small box if someone local needs it.

I'll take it.

Ive got a CZ Skorpion that uses the stuff. Thanks!

John Wick got him hooked....that shotgun is wicked. What kind?

He has been shooting A LOT to get that kind of trigger control.

So......I am not as impressed with the M&P shield as I am my Glock. Anyone else done much shooting with theirs? I am sure it is all about the fact that my Glock is full sized and the Shield is a medium sized auto.

Apples and oranges Grog on size.

I shot a 9m beretta, my .40 and a glock 9 Saturday. Weight, balance, trigger squeeze are all different. Prefer the beretta right now but it's Bc my shield isn't broken in yet. ..... Yet

bennili tactical M4 shotgun? Can't see well on phone

I've heard upgrading the trigger group on the Shield is a big improvement (Apex triggers is what I keep hearing about). I'm still on the fence between the Glock 43 and the Shield. Have not had any range time with either model yet.

if its any help, i sold a shield recently. in lieu of the glock. i got robbed. and wasnt very comfortable and familiar with the safety and using it in a "drop-of-a-dime" situation.......

the glock, as you know, is a pull and shoot no worries.....other than the jam or whatever else could go wrong......

Granted, I am not Keanu Reeves, but I really like my shield for a "compact" gun. I will agree that it is sort of a "tweener" gun - not small enough to conceal well or comfortably, but not large enough to be a real comfortable firearm in your hand. Nonetheless, in comparison to the Springfield XDS (which I shot several rounds through at a range recently), the Shield was much more comfortable both in terms of how it fit my hand and especially when shooting.

The glock is probably a superior firearm - including the Glock 23, which is the most similar in size/purpose to the M & P shield. However, it also costs a good bit more. For the money, I felt like a got a "really solid gun"

In terms of the safety issues, i have a safety button on mine and it's never been turned on. I just pretend like it's not there. I also keep a bullet chambered pretty much anywhere but at my house (given the little ones).

That's pretty much my take on the Shield, except that I really have no problem concealing it. The safety is not a concern for me...i actually like having it with my young kids around.

Basically same thing here: since heather and I don't have kids we own various pistols and 3 of 4 have no safety....
That being said- 2 are in cars and 1 in bedroom; one in safe.
That said- I prefer the glock "no safety" feature due to oh s*** actions that may occur...
Biggest concern for us is traveling and while doing so I carry all time; after a interesting incident in Ca I will carry all time.

I purchased new a glock 19 gen 4 and promptly sold it in 3 weeks at a loss. I could not get used to the grip angle and the hump on the back side of the grip.
I prefer a more neutral and smaller grip (think 1911) of the M&P, P320, or VP9.
Shield in a 9mm is very easy shooting and once you put a Apex carry kit on it, it will be even nicer.

If you want easy shooting (virtually no recoil), get a full size (govt) steel framed 1911 in a 9mm.

Sig P938 is the smallest 9mm around. Goes everywhere in front pocket unnoticed. (Shorts, jeans, etc...)
Extended clips are 8plus 1 and this shoots easy one handed. Very accurate for a 3" barrel.

With virtually unlimited resources and access to Taran Butler to train with, all of us would be better shooters.. Props to Keanu for taking it seriously and not relying on a stunt double for the gun handling work. Reholstering that Glock that fast makes me cringe... that is a good way to wind up with a case of the glock leg.

I also take issue with the M4 being slung. If it was safed or empty...ok.... But he flagged the camera.

I got flagged by a private this past weekend.... He will tell you it WONT happen again.
