The problem we have is trying to please everyone on location and dates, you just can't make everyone happy. The Pig Party is made for the western states, moving it east for Bob, Ande, me and a couple others isn't right for most of the attendees who live out west. I'd like to see where one guy steps up, takes in all the suggestions then picks a place and date and that's it, done. Every one of the parties I've been on has been great, not so much because of location or great trails, but more on seeing everyone and sitting around lying to and laughing at one another. :) I try to make them when I can and incorporate a two week trip for us, but sometimes it doesn't work out.

I truly appreciate you guys who take the time to map out some routes for us and plan a party, it means a lot to the rest of us. I would hate to see it fall away because we can't come together on times and locations.

I would love to plan it out, but I’m likely not going to be there, and it would truly suck to miss out on something I plan. There seems to be a lot of interest, so I’ll just throw out some suggestions -
High elevations in June work well together. Colorado and northern Utah have never failed to be great destinations. The 2019 Pig Party had an original destination of NE of SLC. Too much snow that year. This being a dryer winter might make that destination a reality this year. Also really loved hitting the LC Museum for night zero. If this isn’t done this year, and my rig is ready to roll for PP2026, then I will be lobbying for it heavily at that time.

I think mid states would be good! You Westies need to get out dat ****ing comfort zone and head east 🤔🧐😳😲😘. Stop being Poosies 🐈🐱 . It's about getting together and having a Blast 🚀 with the best of the best. Do some wheeling , camping, eating, and of course. It's all about Fun🤔🧐😘. Split the difference for once. Craig did and Ron 😘

The Black Hills of South Dakota are beautiful with a TON of trails! I don't want to speak for the local club, Dakota Territory Cruisers, but an easy button may be to "Piggy" back on their summer event. They usually have plenty of room at the campground and they run a nice event. I even heard the Toyota regional people will be on hand with a few of the new 4Runners. Their event, the Black Hills Cruiser Classic, is July 16-20 this year.

Welp…guess I am going to take point again this year. Since I am planning the location will be Yellowstone. We will do trails on the West Yellowstone side and also spend a day or part of a day in the Park. Hopefully many of you have a National Park Pass. We will pull the PP back into June. Respond here to let me know who is able to attend and rank order your choice of the following arrive Thursday and depart Sunday options:

June 5-8
June 12-15 Father’s Day weekend
June 26-29

This will be a really good trip and pig gathering!

Ron promises to hook up a big screen TV to his rig to show reruns of the Yellowstone TV show every night.

June 5-8 is probably my only shot at being able to attend.

Of which Ron you speak of, I don't know, but this Ron can't figure out how to get Netflix on our portable ( with a handle on top ) 19" diagonal big screen TV. :) Sounds like a great trip and we will try to make which ever date you set. Thank you for stepping up. We bought a pass when they were only $10, sweet deal for old people.

Amen Ron.

I feel like things worked well when we stuck to that weekend after Father's Day.
This year Father's day is 15 June, the weekend after would be the Solstice.
Lots of daylight, not too hot yet.
But that can get tricky if we are going up high and there is lots of snow.
Think of our first Pig Party in Rico...

But if you stick a model for dates, then it is just location!

Anyone familiar with the trails in the Wind River Range in Wyoming? From all the YouTube videos it seems as if there are great trails, tons of camping, and it’s a bit more “central” for everyone around the country.

The Wind River could be pretty darn cool!

Would @nuclearlemon help us out w/ planning?

We need someone to step up and plan the 2025 Pig Party…
I like helping to plan these, b/c they are such a cool event.
This summer is our boy's last summer at home (in theory), so we are going to make the most our time with him.
If that mean Pig Party, then I like that.

I'm glad you liked the '19 Pig Party!
That was a nail-biter when the snow came in heavier, and stayed longer, than expected.
We could always dust of those original PP '19 plans.
I tried to document things as best as I could in the thread.

The DTC crew is great!
I brought up the idea of adding the Pig Parties to the Classic.
The DTC was in favor of doing that.
At that time, the group in here did not think that was the way to go.
We decided we needed to be free to check out different locations every year.
The DTC did help us with a Pig Party in the Black Hills one year, I think it was 2021...

Fantastic!
Thanks for taking this on.
I would like to go if I can.
How about 19-23 June?
Father's Day weekend is w/ my Fam. As much as I like you guys, Father's Day is w/ Family for me.
Later June starts to get close to Classic.
