I like the above that Andy did. Clean and simple, not too busy.
How would the keystone look if it were yellow? I know the black keystone would get lost when adhered to any of the factory tinted rear windows most eighties have. Or, outline it maybe???
 
The black version outlined in red or yellow may look good. I like the black one personally, buy gregs point is very valid.
 
I like the two that Andy did above. What if the center circle (the one the 40 is on) was the same color as the keystone? It might help to tie the keystone in more. Just throwing it out there.
 
I like Andy's design but wondering if we use the state colors of yellow and blue in some combination for the keystone and back ground.
 
Too many good choices!

I do like the black keystone quite a bit now that it's a uniform color. I'm also partial to the design above in the Pa. state colors, but prefer the 40 to be red...my two cents.
 
Yellow 40 w/ blue Keystone gets my vote, but I'm obviously biased
