Are those shocks going to work? They look like they will bottom out well before the axle hits the bump stops. Otherwise going good, can't wait to see photos of it on the trail.

There actually are no bumps on it in the photo. I flexed it out in the garage, and they were fine with that, but well see. I tried both the 10 and 12 in travel shocks.... The 10s left hardly any droop which IMO is far more important than the up travel.

Maybe. I ran em the same way on my 62 and didn't have any issues with it. However, that's not to say I couldn't.

I've never had an issue with my lines in that configuration. There is always a first though.

1. The 40 looks awesome.
2. I want to know about that heater. Specifically: how noisy is it? Any chance of a simple video so I can compare the noise level to something like a normal talking voice?
3. That 40 looks great (reiterated). You don't have "ALL WINTER" though. You'll be wanting to tool around with it the instant you can--you'll just go buy a bigger coat so make that happen (ask me how I know).

Lol.... Have you not kept up with the peanut gallery in this thread??? Bunch of hecklers!!
The heater is a summit racing Mohave heater. It 28k BTU, so it should keep us nice and warm.

Who can keep up with the peanut gallery? All you can do is try keep your head down and try to not get caught in the crossfire.

Thanks for the props man. Don't quite know how to post a sound bite up as of yet, but I will say that this motor is as quiet as the heater in my 62. I was surprised at how quiet it is.
The trans cooler fan.... Not so quiet!

Excellent. I'm liking what you are describing so far....

Not that I expect silence (it is a 45 after all) but I hate loud blower motors. Turns out I can use my heater every month of the year here...

You still have that dome light for the back and the light/switch for the center console to get installed. I like the center console light idea, I might just add one to mine.

Well, if I end up doing the VDP heep, over head speakers, they come w/ map lights. So I'm hold up a bit on that.

Are you sure the brake lines aren't too exposed to rock damage running under the springs like that? Mine are on top.
