What I find is I use the 2.5 case on pole line type roads, the 4.0 case on Rubicon type trails, and both on the serious obstacles. Don't know how that will work for you with an auto and your reductions.

Yeup!!! Those things are spendy for sure. However, aside from the toggle on the dash, I wouldn't feel all warm and fuzzy about an open switch hangin out in the breeze either, so damned if you do and damned if you don't.
I'm gonna get em and see how they mount up and how secure they are. If they're questionable, I'll run the dash switch and be done with it.

Anyone happen to know which port is the high pressure line on the sag box???

This is probably more frustrating than anything because its SOOOOO CLOSE and I cant just haul ass through it.
Im down, but Rusty is the man behind the magic on this. Im watching and trying to learn something, but a great deal of this stuff is above me.
I used the EZ wire harness. Seems pretty all inclusive. It was the 18 circuit harness and it was about 180 clams. Beats the SNOT outta the Painless in price.

The EZ wire harness is pretty slick and their customer support is great but there are a ton of little things that just take a bunch of time to get through. If you have basic electrical skills and take your time there is no reason anybody couldn't do it.
High pressure is the thinner one, low the bigger diamiter.
