New here, but long time Cruiser owner. So what sort of meeting is on the 25th?

@Izzyandsue @Roxx and all other CLT-area people... If you want to meet up and caravan to Gulches, let's meet at the Roses at exit 27 on I85 at 8:45am. It's right at 2 hours from there, and going that way will allow us to scope out a place for dinner (for those who will want it) as we ride in.
I don't know if Gulches provides maps (Izzy?) so I'll print some up from the website if I have any ink left in the printer.
I'm excited that so many people are able to go. I was thinking that it might just be Eric F and me/Sarah.
Bring an FRS radio if you have one. Channel 7.

We try to get some of the CLT people together once a month for a beer and a bite, and to check out some Cruisers. Don't let the word 'meeting' fool you. It's just an opportunity to catch up and meet new people. Doesn't matter if you're a hardcore 'wheeler or your truck is stock and the wife drives the kids around in it - you'll find plenty of friendly people that run the gamut.

Yes to the maps, Skip will give you an 11x17 one there. Will try to be there by 8:45, don't wait on me though

I have one. I'll also have (2) FRS radios with me. Last time they didn't work with everyone else's, though :-( Maybe I did something wrong, who knows.

The girl driving the orange Datsun on CHiPs the other day was.
I need to go ahead and get one. And HAM, I guess, so I can annoy Johnny and Onur.
We may be late or a no show. We have 4 horses at another farm, apparently all the horses at the farm go through the fence and one of our horses was hit by a car. We are going now to see how she is and take care of her. No idea how bad, she is up and moving around but her head is in rough shape.
Stan, I hope things work out for the better.

What a long day, sorry we missed you guys. Our horse has half the right side of her face torn up and broken upper jaw. The nostril was hanging off her face. by an SUV. Best we can piece together is that coyotes spooked the horses (7) and they ran through a fence and ended up on the road at 1:30 AM and one was hit by an SUV. The vet came out and sewed most of her face back together, best he could do with what was left. Heather has owned horses going on 40 years and said this is the worst she has seen where the horse lived.

I had a great time. Like always great people to hang out with and a lot to talk about.
I started the day with a stuck starter, i just keep running until i disconnected the battery. Lucky me i had an spare in the truck and changed it quick and got on my way.
The trails were nice some of them way way way too much. I think no even for ramon or johnny. We jusg look at those
