Pt2....

You spelled 2JZGTE incorrectly

You spelled 503E wrong.... considering toyota yanked the 2jz out of their supras in the japan super gt series and replaced them with the 503E toyota may agree also ;)

but i'm also partial to the 1GZ-FE

85 mini truck.

Did the 1000 miles out of the 1400. Almost home but writing this as the tundra fan freaking tastic towing greaser home. Averaged 9-11 mpg depending on the mountains and all. I’m ready for a bed coma for the next week. Will go more in-depth about what we got and all the goodies it came with tomorrow. But until then I’m gonna sleep aha. Thanks for letting us use the trailer @GLTHFJ60 it preformed fantastic nor did I wreck it so that’s always good lol.

Very cool score! Great work guys!

Alright now that i got some sleep lets get talking, So its an 1985 as Jones said as he gave it away and i couldn't do my little plan lol... But it is an abandoned project from a guy out in Tennessee when he couldn't fit his twins in it. Its and Xtra cab so ill have plenty of room for my tall self. Came with a vast amount of spare parts, all the way from factory to the rest being trail gear or low range offroad. had over 10 boxes of parts, also having with it a 22r and a early w56, trail gear sliders, stinger front bumper, rear bumper, 2 transfer cases, 33's, 3in body lift and 5in springs. all the parts in the boxes are
Box 1: Bed and body bolts, lift, shields

Box 2: fender liners, driveshaft shield. Transfer case shield. Brake lines X2

Box 3: shock hoops, extra hub locker, idler pulley bearing, u-bolt flip kit. Transfer case bolts?

Box 4: brake shoes

Box 5: slider to frame tubes. Belts. Lugnuts. Turn signals and mounts. Tow hook. Idler pulley w bracket.

Box 6: front shocks. Filter drier. Radiator hoses. Cap and wires. Radiator hoses.

Box 7: headlight covers. Flex plate. Ground wire. Some type of hoses

Box 8: trail gear header:)

Box 9 A/C compressor, high output alternator. Starter. Accessories for bed(bolts)

Box 10: clutch. Flywheel. W56 rebuild kit. Stock header.

So this is the plan, put my hubs and rear axle on the truck so i have IFS width axles, cut the body lift down to 1.5" body lift, put the 5in lift on it, put the 22re in it, put the highsteer on it and a HP 80 diff, Prime and paint it, and wheel it, gonna be open and open and no dual cases for now, and then ill run the 33's till i find some 35's for cheap, honestly just wanna get it running before i start on anything big and see how it does at first.

Very nice!!

@GLTHFJ60 every time I see that trailer it gets nicer!! Recent paint fenders?

Yes and yes. Bought load trail bolt-on fenders after seeing your trailer. Fabricated up some mounts and stuck them on a week or so ago, then gave the trailer some paint with @mtweller !

This is going to be a fun little project to watch being built. The truck is a solid platform compared to the previous truck. There's almost no rust on the frame and the underside of the body is roll-off-the-factory-floor clean. @4LowandSlow and @fourtrax let me know when you need some help and I'll gladly come over and bust some knuckles.

Ext cab ftw - so excited to see this !!

I guess i owe yall some pictures lol, no real progress because we've been pretty busy, Got a SR5 cluster installed in it though
