Can anyone identify this electrical connection next to my oil pan?

On the drivers side towards the back of the oil pan. The connection that’s taped to looks like it goes into the o2 sensor so I’m thinking it may be related.

If you are referring to the unplugged connector, I believe that is not connected to anything on my 2000 LC

What’s this connector?

Put the truck on the lift to give her some much needed love and found this loose plug? Any idea what is it for? It’s on the driver side.
