Holy cow. This thing is a work of art. These guys are true artists.
So what I got was a dual pass, two row all-aluminum unit with the tanks on the sides vs. top/bottom. The dual pass keeps the hoses on the passenger side (for a clean look under the hood), but keeps the hot & cold sides separate. I had them make a shroud, because mine would: a) look like ass attached to this beauty, and b) not mount to it anyway.
I am so glad I had them do the shroud. It is pure sex. (woody made me blur it to pass thru the family filter)
All of the mounts and dimensions match the factory unit so it should bolt right in with the stock hardware.
I had them put in a trans cooler too - I'll run the lines through the radiator cooler to either warm up or cool down the fluid to 175, then to the external cooler to drop it from there before sending it back to the transmission.
When I even hinted that I was worried about the temps off-roading at slow speeds in hot weather, they said "you won't have ANY issues. This is the same thing we put in race cars. If you have a problem, you know where to find us". Pure confidence.
I got a quick tour of the place while I was there. Everything except the cores are machined, CNC'd, broke, welded & tested in-house. Very cool place. I'm a nut-swinger.
