Is this going to be family friendly? And if we meet at 9, what time would we be done? I have something 1:00 and would need to be back in Chandler noon? Or am I cutting it to close?

BTW, the construction of the gate at Wolverine is a marvel of confusion (an ATV rider who appeared as we were airing up outside the gate was ready to give up and return the long way out again) - if you end up stumped as well, just remember this "you have to pull the insert sideways"

If you see the time creeping up on your time frame dont sweat it feel free to move ahead. Hard to get lost basically only one road FR10 see map post #1. Defiantly family friendly that includes dogs:)

I received the permit today and with it a bit of an email sermon/lecture. Looks like I am in too.

Made the permit app - but since it's Friday evening, I doubt I'll have a permit in hand. If by chance it shows up - or I decide to gamble with a copy of the application - is that wishy-washy enough?

I also applied for the permit but have not received anything back yet. Guess it doesn't matter, I have been sick for 10 days now with bronchitis and even though I think I am getting over it, I don't want to take a chance and get anyone else sick. Look forward to the pictures.

Hope you guys have fun. Phil I will get with you and show you a few places to exit on 88 towards the lakes. There is an old foundation to a miners cabin and an old well that we were told as kids was haunted. When I was younger we were out there drinking one night and I could not find the well because of the over grown brush. I found it by falling in it. As luck would have it, it was full at the time so I hurt nothing but my drunken pride. The good old days you could camp out there and hunt. Very scenic and beautiful.

^^ great pic. Looks like we won over at least one family member:D
Good to see you again.
