I have those exact rims on my 1993 PZJ75 and was wondering what the rims were called.
Presently have BFG KM2 285x75x16s, but may go back down 265s once the KM2 wear out.
I just saw this, the wheels are 4x4Engineering Bradly V’s

If your currently running 285 and considering dropping to a 265, id strongly recommend a 255/85 S/T Maxx.

Trunk-r-Treat 2018, this year was Ragnarok featuring: Hela with Fenris and Thor.

Only a 70 Series could tote this much awesome!

Winter is coming. I need to finish up various projects around the house to make room for the truck and it list of things to complete over winter. I’m getting super moto watching @RMP&O current project come along.

I received my first goodie box from @wardharris for that list of projects

I’ll be replacing that coffee can finally.

Hoping this experiment with Cruiser Brothers (Huge thank you to @wardharris) will provide the N. American wagon community something special. More details to come on a new option for a 77/78/76 which is made-to-order, has full rear-quarter coverage and a rated receiver.

While it took quite a while to finish, my 76 Workmate bar is installed and functional. Basic installation is covered here.

I will post details on my personal touches to the bar to make it more functional for me.

First, I needed to get my license plate mounted. I decided to use the TOYOTA 4WD tag light cover to dress it up. Only significant thing worth noting is the bracket is sloped, if you decide to go this route I recommend making the backing substrate larger and trim to fit AFTER contouring it.

I also decided to replace the screws with stainless pieces and clean up the brackets. LEDS from Rob Smith at Odd Iron Off Road we’re used as well. If you don’t have his kit, I highly recommend it!

Completed and installed. In this case I designed the mounting bracket to not require drilling into the swing. Frankly speaking I’m not sure I like this aesthetically. After I get my spare mounted and new cargo retention straps installed I will make my determination. I will likely end up using Kaymar’s supplied tag light, and repurpose the TOYOTA 4WD tag light, perhaps to illuminate a camp table.

Why not add a couple (3?) holes to the bumper? After you scratch and ding it up a bit offroad, three 6mm holes to use the light assembly are a total non-issue. We originally installed the Kaymar supplied on my BJ74 with the customer @theferg using the Kaymar light. I plan to toss an OE light on when I get some free time. They just look so good! You can pop the studs out of the light backing and use the bolt from inside the jerry carrier with the nut inside the light housing, use a carriage bolt and it won't interfere with the jerry cans. You can mount the plate direct to the carrier the same way. This is how we mount the lights using AT carriers on our bumpers.

Good information on the stud removal. I didn’t think to do that!

I’m hesitant to start cutting and drilling because I don’t have all my plans laid out 100% yet. I’ve got some plans for new retention straps for the basket, a fold down table and potentially maxtrax mounting. Once I get everything fleshed out drilling will commence.

First father/son road trip. Quick few days, averaged 19mpg at 100km/hr. Not bad but we’re light on this trip. Just doing some work to get my Great Uncle’s garden going.

Glad to hear you're happy with the recovery point. Hopefully you'll never need to use the high lift jack feature.

New muffler. Simple, cheap and quite. I did have the guys dump it out behind the rear wheel. Overall good job, and not a waste of money if I decide to boost the truck and put this in the recycling.

Finished dressing the left swing. DIY straps using 2” webbing (UV stable) Austrialpin Cobra buckles with stainless hardware. If I could do it again, I’d use rivets in place of bolts.

Dressed with a Toyoda can and pelican 1450 box for tools.

Went camping for Father’s Day. It was a first for the kids. It rained all night and into the morning. Both kids did really well. More camping with the kids will commence. I will be prioritizing some things to make life easier and more comfortable for future outing. Drawers and awning are very high on my list.

Trust me, they are grown and out of the house in the blink of an eye. Enjoy it while you can.

One Stone armrests arrived today. I must say, impressive bit of kit. Simple design, excited to test them out in Tennessee. Four other members’ arm rests came in too, they will get sent out tomorrow.
