I didnt do the empis cause my head suck out the cage 3 in  I had a set of SmittyBilt seats for my other 60 so I tossed them in and the cool part is the holes in the brakets that matched up to the stock brakets :grinpimp:

added some 39.5 Boogers to the 60 like em so far but I need to cut more fender in the rear ... realy the doors :bang: I grooved em too and it worked great

I like how you grooved those boggers. That should help with the lateral bite. I have a pair of used skinny boggers I got for a good price as spares and have been thinking about grooving them so I'll probably use your ideas. How are things holding up to those big meats?

nice... how wide are those?

39.50x 18 :hillbilly:

after I get a rear shaft built so I can get her off the trail and pull it apart the cross member covers it up real well... but if you grab the shaft it moves all around about 2 in at the flange :lol:

That rear shaft looks like an easy fix, sure like to see that front cone.

Why do you think that broke? Do you think it was a traction thing, front shaft bottoming out, loose bolts, worn out parts like bearings or isolation mounts,...?

the shafts going thick pipe so it wont pop like that again ... and as for the nose come I'll work on pics but it a old school 3sp case so I dont know, but George (orange45) had a great idea that sound right ... he said the gears under great load push the front out and popem like this and well I was bound up in front wheel drive trying to get over a 3-4 ft under cut ledge and WOW what a sound when it went .... everyone said you broke a locker or axle and I said nope split my tcase .... we just pushed the nose cone out :meh:

lookin at the brake at the lower right I think I broke the case too :crybaby: I'll work on better pics later its cold for Texas and I have my 2 year old with me so I cant take him out side to work
