About to drive it to Houston. See if there's any changes in mpg.

Wondering if the horns should be painted red or leave as is. I got the thumbs up from a biker gang right we stopped for lunch.

I just passed the world's largest bbq pit and it's for sale . Only $350,000. Will try to get a pic of it on the way back.

Yea, that's the one. It's on the way to Houston. It's the first time I see the price tag. I wonder if the Peterbilt comes with it.

You think they'll trade mine for it?

It's getting close for an oil change. Anyone here use and recommend the valvoline? I've been a Shell Rotella guy, but that C on there is effective marketing.

First I have seen it. Although like yourself I've also used Rotella, mainly T6, in everything I own. What's the price point on it. I usually can find Rotella T6 at Tractor Supply for $19.99/gallon.

Looks like the "C" is on there for modern Cummins which have EGR and DPF emission systems. Not that is would be bad but something you don't have to worry about.

I wanna say the synthetic blend is going for about 17.99 at Oreilly's but don't quote me. I've been using dyno oil, tempted and leery at going synthetic.

This is the stuff I use. As you already noted and can see from the "C" badge it's what is recommended.

Ok I ended up going with the shell rotella synthetic blend. It Was a dollar and change cheaper than the conventional valvoline. I put 11 quarts to compensate for the remote filter hoses. I did notice the oil pressure dropped a bit than the conventional oil. Is that normal or do i need to add more oil?

In other news, my buddy can get me a great price for this 10 inch 1550 lumens led light bar. The picture didn't do it justice, but it's bright.
