I was counting on it. Every BFG seems to run undersize. I ran Toyo Open Country A/T 2's last summer in 285/70R17 with spacers. I personally prefer the look of the BFG's.

Yeah, it will fit. Just have to remove a small stamped steel piece

295/70/18 is about the biggest that will fit.

285/75R17 BFG A/T KO2's on RW's.
OME BP-51 with SPC UCA's
No spacers.
No clearance issues on KDSS at full lock.

To confirm no rubbing on KDSS? I just picked up Ridge Grapplers at 285/75-17 and major rubbing on KDSS. Not kissing it but full hit on KDSS. I have the exact same set up as you. Currently my BFG 34x10.5 don't rub at all but I assumed due to skinnier tire.

I'm thinking if the Ridge Grapplers run true to size, I should get 285/70-17 which would be same size as the BFG 34"? Your's measure 32.5 and Ridge Grapplers at 285/70 show 32.76" (hopefully sized at that) vs 285/75 at 33.86".

Sounds like 285/70r17 (with BFG KO2s) is as high as one can safely expect to go on RWs with no lift/spacers/etc and expect zero rubbing. That accurate?

I have both 34x10.5r17 KO2s and 295/70r17 STT PROs on RWs and they are exactly the same height, and both don't rub the KDSS bar at all, under any conditions. So you can got bigger than 285/70r17 KO2s

Alignment also can make the difference. I would never adjust alignment to fit a bigger tire, but there are alignment theories that work well for certain vehicles, with certain wheel/tire combos that can make zero rub happen.

That's the size Toyota recommends for use with the TRD 17" wheels on the LC200.

;)

I just achieved zero rubbing with my 35x12.5x17 Ridge Grapplers as of 4 days ago...and I am pretty stoked. Tomorrow i’m Going to rattlecan previous run spot and test with some wheeling. If the paint stays? Confirmation!

Don't you have the kdss relocation? That makes a large difference.

Yes...but I was still rubbing sways at full lock...and kissing UCAs at full droop.

Solved that this week with .75” spacers made up by Bora.
