Oh, people will pay for something like that. Between the cost of these rigs and all the upgrades, even just tires, I'd imagine $300-400 for a pair of end links would be a price the market would bear.

Of course there is a question how profitable it will be in the long run, but I think these rigs have long life ahead of them, so the market will be there. And this is something that could be marketed outside U.S. I am surprised no Aussie vendor came up with a solution yet. Or maybe we do not know about it?

Speaking of Aussie parts. Is anyone familiar with this kit?

EDIT: Never mind, that's for the rear bar.

I see why they don’t though. The driver side is not typical for sway bar end links, and I think with the forces involved they need to be very strong. Stock links are surprisingly expensive. Making all of this work long term at a price people will actually pay.. tall order. There are some great fabricators here and it hasn’t been done yet.
@TRAIL TAILOR was working on an extended version. not sure if it solves this issue or is simply to gain more travel though. I haven't seen anything about them in a while.

No interest, so I dropped the project.
Well if you ever decide to do end links with a modified angle, just let me know. I'm totally game to be a guinea pig and try a set with your KDSS relo bracket.

285/75r17 KO2 on Rock Warriors compared to 285/75r17 Ridge Grapplers on Evos. Both with 5,000 miles on them under a 200. Both inflated to 37 psi (per @gaijin... never question gaijin!)

Both are 32.63" tall when mounted on the recommended 8" rim, under the the same 200's weight according to one of Bud's lasers. When mounted on the rim, inflated to max pressure, but not under the weight of a truck, they do hit the 33.9" advertised height (where that number comes from).

KO2s with Rock Warriors: 86 pounds

Ridge Grapplers with Evos: 94 pounds (Evos are lighter than any of the Methods, Icons, or really whatever else is popular I've seen come through the shop)

Anyone have a similar comparison of BFGs vs Falken Wildpeak AT3w?

Reviving this thread to see if anyone is running 285/75r17's on a 35mm offset wheel (which method offers in the 703) and what your experience is? Rubbing etc.

On the fence between the 285/75r17 and 285/70r17.

Extremely straight forward fitment option IMO. On 35mm you should have little if any rubbing issues.

^^^ agree. I’m running 285/75/R17 with +25 offset and have slight KDSS rub. 1/2” spacers (effectively +35 offset) look like they will solve the KDSS rub for me and still keep me off the body mount.

Go with the 285/75’s.

Awesome. Thats the plan! Running 275/70r18's now on factory wheels with zero rub. 285/75r17 is slightly wider and about the same height. Did not want to go smaller but also dont want to rub. time to order the methods and BFG's. will post pics and report when installed

Thanks guys

I run 285/75r17 KO2 on +35mm offset. With the right alignment, no rubbing.

Truck looks great! I think this tire and the Ridge Grappler in 285/75/17 are the best matched tires overall for the 200 that will accomplish 90%+ of the goals anyone would have for the platform.
Do they fit on 17” method wheels?

Bump again. Any more reports of KO2 in 285/75/17 on 200??

I am about to pull a trigger on them and mount them on RWs. I think I am going to get them through Costco so if the fitment is a fail, I can return them easily.
I would also like to know if anyone is running that same size with cooper discoverer at3 xlt’s. I’m wanting to downsize from 35x12.5x17s that rub a little at full tilt. With a OME suspension lift.

This is the tire I used to run in that size. Great tire. Now run a toyo r/t in the same size and it rubs quite a bit. But, rubbin is racin.

Hello guys, I'm considering between 285/70/17 and 285/75/17. I have 2" lift. Two questions, how would 285/75/17 affect fuel efficency comparing to 285/70/17? I don't have KDSS, should I be worried about anything if I go with 285/75/17 like UCA?

I'm in the same situation as you. Hope some experts chime in. I do have the KDSS
