So is anyone going to camp or is everyone staying in a hotel or heading home?
I'm hoping we camp. Also hoping we can get a real tent before hand.

The "World Famous" tent is pretty much a joke, figuratively and literally. I do have to say we got our $30 worth out of it.

Maybe he has to work on Monday, oh wait! WTF was I thinking?:flipoff2:

I AM working :flipoff2: Why do you think I'm considering going on a WEEKEND?!

Working on the: House, yard, Land Cruiser, stereo cabinet, yard, Land Cruiser and getting the mail everyday

I was reading the Mitchell Guide for Mareitta tonight. He doesn't recommend the Little Hoonten valley road for unmodified open diff trucks. Sounds like we should go in that way to me.:grinpimp:

Well, we'll see whether a stock full size chevy can make it...

Don't worry Dan, a stock 80 is very, very capable, you should have no worries, me on the other hand; worries, but then again that is what a tow strap is for. :flipoff2:

We plan to bring the 60 so thats at least one winch, Spresso has another, between them we should be able to drag a full size Cheby through just about anything. :flipoff2:

Exactly, I get to be that guy on this trip.:grinpimp:

I picked up a yaesu FT-270r for my 2m radio. It's only a handheld, but I figured I would start there and of course they are always useful. I still plan on adding the 8800 eventually, but for now, 5 watts max for me. :hillbilly:
