I like that off set umbrella mount. Got mine for .99 on ebay no one else bid.
10.00 shipping works great and keeps the sun off!

Thanks guys,
Stuff like the "sharpie grill" happens when I run out of steel before I run out of time. I will need to shorten the umbrella's upright, but I want to wait and do it with the tent setup so I can make sure it doesn't interfere with the rear tent awning.
Except for the tie down system I finished the fuel rack today.

Today I added supports to the slide so I could sink the fridge into its deck so it will fit through the tail gate opening. Note the Sharpie on top of the fridge in the last pic as a reference to how tight a fit it is going through the opening.
I also had to shift the handle/ lock of
The slide over about 2" to clear the fridge.

Do you have an idea what your trailer is going to weigh?

The current rough estimate is 1400 before water & fuel, which would add an additional 280 at max capacity.

Finished my mockup of the interior today, the wood was cheap, and the only real purpose is verifying dimensions so I can have a competent carpenter do the actual wood work.

It looks great. Do you think you should just leave the area around the grill completely open so 1. possibly larger grills can fit in the future and 2. It will allow for just a bit more space for any clean up that may be needed.

Keep up the great work!

Looks good. Just a comment, that stove looks kind of high off the ground? I'm not that tall, and having a pot of food up high
is kind of a safety problem for me. Maybe face it inwards, so you can access cooler, etc while cooking.
Have you thought of dual sliders, one for kitchen, and separate for cooler?

Not sure if I missed it but did you build your own slide and how much do you think the slide setup weighs by itself? Thx!

After playing with this setup I am thinking I will leave the top of the box solid and put the stove on a slide that when stowed will put it in about the same place as this version. That will almost double available "counter" space and make the stove accessible from either side.

I modified a used Bedslide brand slide. I think it weighs about75-80 pounds. The slide covers the entire floor of the trailer, so I do not have to reach over the sides to access the trailer's contents. The slide is capable of about 75% extension, but the part that is left in the trailer is my fresh water tank which will be bolted down and removed as rarely as possible. The slide is an older model rated(or was before I cut it down) for 1200 lbs.

A big thumbs up to you, this thing looks great!
I also use a sprayer originally intended for use on an ATV for carrying and dispensing water. Mine holds 15 gallons and works great! I do recommend replacing the hose that comes with the sprayer, I'm sure it is resistant to chemicals but I wouldn't trust it for drinking water. I replaced it with some potable water RV hose.

It looks like my new LP cylinders fell off the truck a few times on their way to me. Both tanks' safety collars and foot rings are bent. It turns out amazon doesn't allow these to be returned, so they are sending out a replacement pair & told me to dispose of these as I see fit. Has anyone made an OBA tank out of an old LP tank?

The rig looks really good, the umbrella is a dream, however only issue I see, and it means little or nothing to some here is the gas cans above the battery boxes, even though they are contained I would be very skeptical of leakage, and the poly boxes are not sufficent to handle the spillage, they will melt or soften rapidly. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
