Thanks, gents
I’ve only ever bubbled while heading up Top of the World trail. I know TonyP did too. We’re both throwing codes. Thinking at least one other truck that did TOTW with us. It’s like the Bermuda Triangle of fuel boiling I guess...

Kamal's @Atwalz rig was bubbling too. On Golden Spike, his fuel was litterly pouring out of his gas cap at one point.
When I get my evap system smoke tested I'll let everyone know where it's leaking so then everyone can check their system. If it's the same leak point with everyone, at least we'll know the weak link in the evap system and can work a fix for it in the future.
Thanks, Russgood info off the main FAQs page
do I have this right:
would we be getting this one (if we opt for the 170lt/45gal aux option): https://longrangeautomotive.com.au/file/11302/4631 ?
then the sops would be to drive and drain down the main OEM 25gal tank, then when my mileage to empty reads 0 (which we know is about 3 gals early in the 2013-2015 LCs) then hit the dash switch to pump from the 45gal aux tank into the main tank to feed the engine? could you do that while driving?

Yes, Tony, a sending unit powering the combo gauge/pump switch. You don't have to do it all at once. Half tank (or whatever) transfer is fine too probably. I'm assuming the LRA tanks have a float and level gauge so you can see where your levels are on both tanks.
Thanks! First order shipping Monday from MelbourneHey an aux fuel tank is up there near the top of my list. I would buy a 90L/24 gal version if you guys get it worked out.
I was planning on doing a simple version: Buying an Isusu gas tank or another that fits the spare area and just hook up a hose and an electric pump. Find a way to tuck the hose somewhere when not in use and pull it out when I need to transfer fuel. Would just have to run a fill up pipe somewhere and move the canister.(maybe) Wouldn't be as nice as having a transfer switch inside and tanks connected though. But much simpler.
I haven't looked at the canister yet. I am wondering how far it sticks down and exactly where it is located. I'll look tomorrow.
But an additional 24 gallons would be just right.
I have a 100,000 mile warranty. But I'm also doing lockers, 4:88's, front bumper and winch over the next two weeks......so guess my warranty will be gone.
Glad you guys are tackling this. Good luck!!
Jim
Hey Russ -@wardharris, looks like we have 3 ppl in here from Hou. me, @RS6tofj80, and @Blasst. how many do we need to get a pallet shipped direct to Houston?
Production units for 60s and 80s, test units for 120/GX470s, mock up for 200 (Cole's truck as guinea pig)>Nice.
Is this the first batch for us that signed up for or the preliminary test set?
Lucky @indycole
Cole just wants to hang out with the cool kids in Stockton.......Happy to take one for the team. It gives me a good excuse to take the occasional day off of work and drive to Stockton.
