thanks i thought you just meant the rear holes needed to be elongated not necessarily towards the rear. I just wanted to get a head start on elongating before getting under the truck

I'd try fitting it first to confirm you need to mess with the holes. Their jig may allow for some error or my diff drop might as well.

Here is how the front skid lines up with the TJM bumper.

Quick question. The original Front skid plate Plate bolts are broken off on my rig.
How difficult is it to drill out. Any more difficult than drilling out anything else?

They look great. I'm curious why you may have gone with cerakote for a part that would be so likely to take hits and scratches.
Honestly, it’s a rolling advertisement for my fathers Cerakote business, he’s a factory certified applicator. We wanted to see and to show just how durable it is, as well as using my vehicle as a test rig for many different applications. My rims are done as well.

Where in GA are you? That's really cool!

Curious, how long have you had your wheels done in Cerakote? I had a gun in it and as I recall it couldn't be repaired - ie it had to blasted off and redone. Is that accurate? I really like the looks of it on the skids and wheels.

About 2-3 months now. You are correct, it does have to be blasted and redone, same as powder coat as I recall. I understand why this would be a turn off to some, but so far it’s been durable. But, like a said in the previous post, it’s a rolling advertisement and durability test for myself and my father. I’ll be coating other parts along the way. My passenger side exhaust manifold is coated as well. (Haven’t installed the drivers side yet as it’s not leaking)

Finally got mine Cerakoted and mounted. I need a longer center bolt, and I ended up breaking an extractor off in the passenger front bolt.... but it’s mounted for now until I can drill out the hardened extractor and rest of the bolt.

I would reconsider using socket head cap screws, a hex head is lower profile and is much easier to remove when damaged than a socket head screw.

but otherwise, looks rad. mine is going on today
