Thanks, I started reading through it. Any recommendation on fuel line insulation?
I think my shop used something like this that they had in the shop. They just overlapped it as they wrapped it around the fuel line instead of slipping it on. There are a lot of nice products available at JEG's and Summit Racing.

Did any modification have to be done to mate the ARB splash plate and the asfir skid plate?
No modifications to the skid were necessary for me. I did notch the corners of the splash guard so it would mate with the skid. I also installed some 1” spacers to give a little more clearance between the skid and the radiator.

This what I did as well just made some little cuts in one of the plates so they mesh well. I cant remember which but other than that no issues fiting the ASFIR with the ARB plate.
 
I started running on an ARB bumper. Them moved it to the Valley Tech. It takes a beating. The rear holes have been slotted so that I can slide it off and on with ease.

If I'm trying to go for looks, I will polish it up with a steel wire brush on a drill.
