ARB turn signal or parking lights?

Share a little bit more!!replaced mine with a LED connected as turn signal light.
The picture on the Rigid site is wrong, but the data is right. They are surface mounts. SR-Q2 - Diffused - Pair Surface White Black | Rigid Industries. The guys at Tandem Automotive in Ft. Worth installed them for me along with a Painless fuse box and a Slee dash switch. I'm also adding a 28" light bar to the ARB.
Are these the same VW Jetta ones that I mentioned in post #12 or are these a different unit?
What I did...My ARB Bumper "DRL" Modification
bought them on ebay. the seller is 4wdstore from australia.

The ones I bought look slightly different and have a low light output. Almost useless in daylight. Are yours brighter?
Mine are really bright. I think the turn signal thing is pointless.
not that bright compared to the common LEDs but they're visible during daytime
Turn signals suck.
I never installed my lights in the bumper. I've already got two lightbars on my ARB. I don't need two more.
I just ordered a pair of Rigid sr-q2 floods after reading this. Not sure if they will fit but I'll post either way
That's one bright DRL. Is that a direct fit or you did some mods to the hole in order to make 'em fit?

Also, the srq2's will require modification of the hole a little bit with a grinder or something like that. Original mounting brackets on the back will need to be removed.
Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead. This is exactly the setup I am looking for.
