Thank you all, exactly the info I was looking for with these. I really wanted a beadgrip wheel from Method but didn't want to deal with machining out the hub portion (seems like all the ones that worked previously are disco now) but this being DOT compliant is great too (slightly heavier)... putting 5 on order for my 97!

So my wife has the Methods with the Bead Grips and so does one of our good friends on his 85 Toyota pick up and the only complaint is on the pick up that the tires have actually rotated on the rim under low pressure high traction situations. We recently put the Recon Pros on our 80 and visually I am in love with them! Our good friends have ran rebound pros for a few years now and still love them.

are you running spacers? any other pics? contemplating these to replace my old stock wheels, looks like the backspacing is different than stock so I wondered if they rub anywhere with 35s.
Mine are 0 offset, but I'm running 1.25" spacers on all 4 wheels- I was experimenting with clearance and ended up liking the fitment. I'm running 37s and have very minor rubbing on the fender flare and rear mudflap. I expect both to be resolved with a little trimming and the addition of a 4x4 labs rear bumper. I think they'd tuck under the flare just fine without the spacers. 35's should clear everything without issue, depending on how much lift you're running

The only reason you need spacers is if you want to run the Icon center caps. You'll notice all the ones saying they fit perfectly "as-is" (which they do) are not running center caps. So if anyone is telling you you need wheel spacers for them to work, is referring to fitting the center caps. But......there are rumors that a few people have 3D printed center cap spacers which accomplish the goal for those who want the center caps without the need for wheel spacers.

They aren’t just rumors!

I was worried they would be too dark, I like them!

Dobinsons 4”and 35’s. They are a little darker than the claddings but I’m happy with how they look.
