I found this inside rear rotor e-brake drum area. What is it from/for????

Seem thick for the area, if axle pulled!
 
That's the one between the rotor and the axle.
 
Believe that paper gasket lives in line between the dustshield and Ebrake hardware. Should be replaced when changing rotor.

I bet that's it. I'll need to take a second look to make sure mine is in and bolts are torqued.

Somewhere in there for sure or behind it. I've never pulled a rear axle. I wounder if my parts guy would mind order just so I can see/match up.
 
Looking at the FSM, it appears there is a gasket between the oil deflector and axle hub, held in by the hub bolts (lug's). I'm wounder if it can be replaced without puling axle and backing plate et all.
