Anyone here running these 9" EBay HID lights?

Added some low profile lights all around (2 more going on the rear spoiler)

Any concern about engine temps....you're pretty much blocking a large area with those lights.... I actually put in a quick release plug and remove my lights for long highway trips and see about 8 degree drop with the lights removed and as you can see the IPF XS900 don't block as much as your lights but I'm thinking the ARB which is wider in the center area or your lights are just larger than the XS900.
I did a 55 watt HID conversion with internal slim line ballast..

Love the new rack and light setup you're running

Been driving with the lights on the bumper for a while now with no temp issues :)

In fact, with the modded fan clutch, I'm actually over cooling

Stays between 187-190* on the highway and never goes above 197* even when idling in bumper to bumper traffic :smokin:

Heat index is 105* today and the A/C still blows ice cold at idle

That's good to hear...what modded fan clutch are you running ....blue?

I'm running an old Blue with over 240k miles on it and did a drain/refill last weekend with two tubes of OEM 10k cst and topped it off with a little OFNA 50k cst (didn't adjust the original settings)

Just a little update on the lights....

One of the spots on my rack started flickering and eventually died :(

Decided to crack it open and was surprised to see the ballast was a sealed unit with weatherproof connectors and some pretty decent quality wiring

Turns out one of the plugs that connects to the ballast had come loose, so I plugged it back in and it was good to go again

Decided to pull each plug and fill them with dielectric grease before remounting :smokin:
