It's always tough to say goodbye. At least you know it's going to a good family. Tell that new pig owner he needs to bring it to the pig party.

Thought I'd give this a bump-
Family, work, other interests and life in general have conspired to keep my beloved blue pig in the shed all too much over the past 5-6 years. I was cleaning up my shop Friday morning and, thinking about what a shame it was to have the pig locked away, not getting any use. It was clearly time to let it go.
About a year ago, another mud member sent me a text to let him know if I ever wanted to sell. I never replied, but probably unbeknownst to him, he planted a seed.
So Friday morning I contacted him, told him I was ready, with intentions of using funds on a 100 series-possibly for my wife, kids or a back up vehicle( my tundra is getting up there in mileage)
Well, surprise!! Turns out, he's got a hundred that he's willing to trade!
He drove up yesterday morning in a stunning and tastefully built 99. I was blown away. We greeted and immediately started talking cruisers. We walked around the pig, and I think he was equally excited- it was obvious we were gonna make a deal. We spent the next couple of hours talking cruisers and checking out some local cruisers in the area- I was able to show him some of the projects and cruisers that belonged to my dear lost friend, Missipboy.
After our visit, a deal was quickly made, and my pig would be heading south to join the cotton land cruisers club down in Jackson. What I expected to be a bitter farewell, was more like simply a page turning. I was excited for the new owner and the adventure he was about to embark on. Oh, and it didn't hurt to have a bad ass hundy parked in the garage!
I can only hope he has at least half the fond memories, friendships and FUN, that I had in the ol pig!!!
Thanks Patrick.
