Why the pin is upside down? You’ll miss it at some point, especially when it’s already loose.The door pin is also sliding down a tad, I leave them in that way for easier removal.

You ought to look into picking up a set of the door hinges made by @69LC. Super stout and door removal is now a snap for
me. Really nice product. Install is a little bit of a strain on the top hinges, but once that is complete they really rock!
