I admit I haven't looked back on this thread, but, how did you clean up your body parts? Soda blast? Paint stripper?

Body parts went to a local sandblasting company here in Maryland. They were pretty aggressive when the hit the body, nothing was warped, but the areas that were rusted through, they blew through some spots.

Spent the day spreading mulch and powerwashing the garage door.

Seems that green paint settles on the garage door when it is open. Still has a tint of green to it, maybe a mint green garage door.

One small step at a time, I can't devote too much time towards working on the Cruiser, there are other things that take precedence right now.

Packing is a BITCH.

Is your wiring and everything else ready to go?

Unfortunately I found a few wires in the main harness that I will need to address, there are also a few that look like they have found their way to places they don't need to be.

Did I mention recently how much I'm in love with the light green tones of 40s?

That green 40 will be passing through your old stomping grounds in a couple of weeks.

I need a 40

I had my eye on one locally here in Maryland, right after I got the job offer it disappeared. It was sitting behind a body shop, story was the owner skipped town (most likely became state property at the local correctional facility), I was wheeling and dealing with the body shop owner about getting it from him for what the guy had on his tab. He wanted $1500 if I remember right, I was working him down under $1000! I feel I could have got him down to $750 cash on the barrelhead!

Just when things are looking good. Not so fast my friend.
