FYI, the Exped MegaMat DUO 10LW is a perfect fit inside the AluCab. And also the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on.
Are you putting that directly on the floor of the tent or on top of the existing mattress?

Bringing this back to life.. but how did you get yours to fit? We just bought one and it wasn't even close at the front.
sorry, just saw this. I like it. quick setup and tear down, was very comfortable with the 1" mattress topper I added. As a disclaimer I need to state I typically take my Kimberley Karavan and only use this in places I can't take it like the MazeRomer how are you liking the tent. Looking at a 3.0 for my FJ60
Rather than trying to match the existing track bars, I bet it would be simpler to remove the current track bars altogether and install a new, full-length set from a manufacturer of your choice. Plenty of companies have similar products (FrontRunner, Thule, countless options on Amazon, etc.)Does anyone know the manufacturer of the Alu-cab L-track rails on the Gen 3?
I am looking to add extensions to make the rails full length like on the Gen 3.1 but didn't see them avail for purchase on the Alu-cab website.
I am hoping to be able to shift the load bars as far forward on the tent as possible

I had the same tent, and if I'm remembering correctly, the rails were simply riveted in place. It wouldn't be hard to drill out those rivets and clean up whatever sealant was underneath the track. The alu-cab track rails are really on there with sealant and a thick coating of epoxy and paint over top of them and on the fasteners underneath.
It would be far easier to just cut some matching rails to length then bolt them on.
