Fridge is the Dometic CDF-11, around $300.
I did not relocate the parking brake, the refrigerator is narrow enough to fit. Yes, second row seats will fold down all the way. It’s honestly been a great mod.

There are a few others on MUD that have the same setup, and I believe one has a thread of the platform he built.
