I am looking to refresh my sons 100 series LC with 285k miles, at least the front end. The OEM parts are really expensive, and if I have to go that route I will but with 2 kids in college it would be nice if I did not have to spend a small fortune. Are there any reputable aftermarket suppliers of tie rod ends, ball joints, etc…? Thank you in advance.

Second what Supra said.

People buy these trucks for the legendary build quality and reliability. And guess what: they all come with Toyota parts from the factory. ;)

Why change a winning formula if you are planning to just baseline maintenance?

Aftermarket stuff will work but you likely won’t get anywhere near the lifespan out of it. The fool pays twice .. I’ve leaned my lessons

Ok, thank you all for your advice.

555 is NOT OEM quality. It is next best to OEM, but it is 10 fold lower in quality to OEM.
