Kevin does excellent work! I have some of his art work hanging on the back of Samson. Do you have the hinge nut plates and are your latches new or used? You might consider having the letters painted on. The vinyl letters will deteriorate over time.

Latches are new. Not sure what you mean by hinge nut plates…I will need to look at some pics to see what you mean

On the backside of the rear valance panel, there will be 4 plates with threaded holes that the hinge bolts screw into.

I have OEM head gaskets in stock and it would have been right the first time :meh:
Along with the proper air-rail plugs.

@cruisermatt and I were texting back and fourth on a headgasket for Kermit when he casually asked for block and cylinder number. Both require domed pistons!!! Not flat pistons. PO terror! Truck ran fine and comps were 120ish. Wierd!!! Take 2 bent over at $SOR. Domed pistons incoming. Kuddos to @cruisermatt for the sleuthing. I ordered a OEM headgasket from him. Ones at Cruisercorps sucks and came in damaged. Got a refund.

Never trust PO! Now I need to go over other aspects with a fine comb. Its basic really when you think about looking into what pistons it should have. I never gave it a thought because I assumed the best. Leason learned.
