@Cowboy45’s friend who came to help us tear down the chevy 3100 had this with him. What was cool is that it would stay on if tipped to any angle, unlike my HD special. You can set the flame and lock the setting too!!! Cast iron body. Built to last.

I am back on the saddle getting fj140 project moving. Building the last rear body mounts. Body mounts need 1” hole. My Klein Tool and Milwaukee step bits just could not get it done. This sucker has just been night and day. Temo is a solid brand.

I use that same torch with a wide tip everyday at work. (diff branding) Hangs up in the bucket rain and shine. Keep an eye on the tiny set screws.

It was a divided house today. Go Irish! A&M is looking solid. Excited for the elves!!!

Brake and fuel lines next. Got this to get lines straightened from coils.

Tore into the 6.0L engine. Very clean inside. Getting all new seals, sensors, water pump, starter, alternator, PS pump, new headgaskets, new coil packs, injectors. Nice to have Summit Racing just 30 mins from the house. They have everything. Since we have a few LS engines going I got all the pullers and SSTs for main items. It was great to @thatcabledude and his buddy Jessie to bounce LS stuff. They are wizzes. I am grateful for them to be friends alongside this build. Some part numbers on things if others need it.

Also bought a traegar. Seasoned it and tried my hand at beef jerky. Can literally run this thing from Imogene pass.

Also sold Rootbeer’s 60 series axles for more build money. A landcruiser newby who just bought his “first 40 that he could afford and just starting on welding and metal work”. He optimistically whisked them off. DNA continues to live on. I grimaced as he drove off.

We have been right sizing our project list😁. Mach 1 is off to a loving home. @SipLife is sold his SWB. Focusing on the Chevy 3100 and fine tuning bluebonnet which does need some tweaks for now.

All good Sir! Haven’t kept up with ya! Howz the fam?

So sad to see the Mach 1 go. But I understand prioritizing.

I hope you and your family have a blessed Christmas season.
