sean, awesome work! I was curious if you have every fabricated a light weight tube version? if no, have you ever considered? i doubt it but figured its worth a shot to ask!

thanks for your time, Nick

I have not made a tube rear bumper yet for the 80, but it sounds like a good idea for those who want something light that offers good protection and a big exit angle. swingouts on one? I dont think it would be rigid enough to handle the load of a big heavy spare, without getting complicated and not so light weight anymore.

I would love to buy the plans if they were available so I could have a winter project for my plasma cutter.

I think u can do it! Maybe just use some bigger DOM tube for the swing out? Or square for the swing out ? I believe in u!

wait is about a month right now on a dual swingout bumper with all bells and whistles. I changed the tire swingout design to fit and hold the jack a little better. i think i finally found the best way to hold the damn thing. but I though that last time, and the time before and the time before and the time before, but this time I finally got it and it is my final answer for now.

I am really getting attached to my plans for it too, and dont think anyone other than myself could interpret them anyways, so I dont think i want to sell any copies of them right now, other than the ones that I will sell (for a dual swingout), for 1850 plus shipping(200-350) and come in a large crate that measures 6'long x 3'wide x 2' tall but doesn't include any actual written plans!:hillbilly:

Thanks Guys!

they will work, just need a little trim with razor to get it to fit around the side protector better.

Devildog's bumper looks siiiiick! Came out great Sean. I am sure he is happy with it.

You have no idea how happy I am with this thing!! It is a piece of art, I almost don't want to scratch it... Almost. I could not be happier with the way it turned out, the new high lift mount if genius! And the basket re in forcemeat worked great and supported me standing in it, though I don't recommend it lol.

Here are some pics from my "photo shoot" with the new bumper. Don't be a creep and stalk my license plate number.

Just got a Sean bumper installed. Piece of art is an understatement, this thing is awesome!
If anyone is contemplating getting one, get off the fence you won't be sorry. Sean is a top notch guy not to mention fabricator. Thanks again Sean...I need sliders, lol.

Id be interested in buying the swing outs only and fit them to my bumper, do you offer those separately?
