Check out kkarr or whatever his screen name is, he did a nice write up on the install. Seems pretty straight forward.

I thought I emailed them to last week, just resent them to you. I should probably run a thread so everyone can see the whole procedure too. crossmember removal is the hardest part, but it can be done with a 4 or 5" cut off wheel and grinder, a hammer and chisel to break apart some of the welds, and a sawzall with a long blade for two cuts that are hard to reach with a grinder. its a pain in the ass, but not too too bad.

Very nice set-up you have here Sean. Curious if the 3 can carrier will hold a Honda Eu2000?

Is 90503 your zip? I use to live in 90505 off 235th.

Sean I know you were asked a few times now. But what do you think the possibilty is of making some swing outs for the Kaymar guys? Adapting your designs to thier lower arms would make a very sweet package. A diffinite improvement over the stock swing outs.

Sean: we got our bumper on today. Looks and works great. Good job. Thanks, Ed

Temple, we just assembled our bumper last night and have driven with it about 10 miles and have not heard anything. I can not imagine it rattling with the way it is built. Double locks on both swing outs. It is a nice set up. Ed

Sean or anyone else: I need to put Ina license plate light. Any recommendations on where to get one and what model?my son got pulled over in Georgia last night for not having one.

most trailer supply stores have license plate lights, etrailer has them for under $10, They have a 1 and 2 wire harness on them, the 2 works a little better ( hot and ground wire) , sometimes the light cant find ground through the bolts on the one wire light.

building some swingouts for that Kaymar sounds like a good idea too, I might need the truck to make sure everything clears and fits ok

It is about 2-4 weeks wait, but I actually have one crated and ready to ship right now (a dual swingout with a ladder and removable 3 jerry can basket with the upgraded mini texture powdercoating (+$50) total $1900 plus shipping.)

I am about three days into my 2-3 week wait and i literally can't wait any longer. So stoked about getting my bumper.

Pics of the custom ladder, jerry can basket and hiift mount swing out by Hustonfab

My bumper has serial #0002. I purchased with a single spare tire swing out on passenger side. I asked Sean to add a 2nd spindle as I was planning to someday adding the 2nd swing out. Since Sean's bumper design has evolved, we couldn't just add the current designed swing out to my bumper. Sean came up with a wicked design for my setup. :bounce: Thanks Sean!!

Sean is a great guy to deal with. Need a bumper? Sean is your guy.

Ok, I am ready to ride this train! where do I start sending my kids inheritance too :grinpimp:? That is one sweet looking bumper! look even sweeter on the back of my ride! :D
