Lets see how I do without any instructions...

@Bossman does this look right?

And am I to assume that the connection to the master cylinder prevents the assembly from flipping out like this.

Or have I got something out of whack?

Regardless, now that I have THE HARDEST PART of a manual swap for the 92, (thanks @beno ) I guess I need to get on the stick and find a trans and split case so I can get on with this madness.

Need to have Onur get me the proper brake arm for the 3 peddle setup.

Almost. You will need to remove the two assist springs like this. We (Jrob, Bodean, and I) scratched our heads a while in mine till Georg gave us the info we needed. I guess there are some diesel applications where the spring assist is needed? Also, we used an extended drill bit to drill the hole for the upper support bolt and got a fender washer, lock washer, and nut on it from above by removing the cowl vent. It will make sense when you get to that part but don't miss this step or you will be repairing a cracked firewall like we did. :(

Thank you sir. So yours doesn't have any Springs at all from the looks of it. And I will make sure to get all the mounting bolts in there on the dash and firewall.

Goes up in this little cut-out spot, correct?

Pretty much. Might be clearer to see the location on the firewall from the other side. Here is a pic of mine from the outside. I made the extra brace to the inner fender due to the firewall crack we had to repair. It ain't goin anywhere now.

That is pretty slick. Might have to do something similar.

Your setup is a 60 master and slave, correct?

@beno I see you "likin" that post. You know ima need you to go ahead and get me them pieces priced up, BUT not until you get back from Boston. And I need to get with @wardharris to see if TT has a clutch and flywheel that will fit my application.

At this rate I will have everything but the trans and case for the swap. I need to call ACC Monday to see what they might have in their stash.

Let me be more accurate in this response. It did have a 60 series master and slave but when I swapped the pedal assy for the 80 series I did swap them as well. I don't think there is any difference though.

@Bossman where did you source the master and slave?
