A pic from the inside would be the best view of how everything comes together.

It looks like this bumper would require removal or relocation of the exhaust resonator. If so I would probably fabricate a custom bracket to go over exhaust pipe and leave the OEM exhaust in place.

What gauge steel are you using for the shell?

3/16 for the bumper
3/8 for brackets
3/4 for tow points

if you read though the thread it will answer all your questions.

I do not have the resonator on my truck, post 118 shows my attempt at a bracket to clear it.
it is a blueish part..

I posted regarding interest the other day, but didn't specify my location. I'm way up in far northern California. Could work out to get to Sacramento/SF, if there's a group shipment happening.

So there are folks in Cali from way north down to San Diego... would you guys all want to ship to one place?

Also where there are groups could we get some one to head up each group?

I live in Reno, NV 89521, but my brother lives in Orem, so there is a possibility that I can pull a trailer out there this summer if there are others from this area that want to chip in for gas.

Looks very nice! Too bad I don't have the last few inches of my frame still...

I'm definitely going to be in SLC the weekend of 26-28 April. Let me know if any of you Southern Idaho Cruisers want me to pick up a kit for you. I'll have to take the LX450 and my little trailer but we can make it work. If you live anywhere between IF and Caldwell I can pick up your kit.

Interested. Ks 67114

Bay Area, Central Coast, Sacramento, Reno, and Northern California might be all able to be combined. I'm guessing the guys from San Diego don't want to drive to northern California or vice versa – about an 8 Hour Dr.

Great job working on this!
