That's awesome! Thanks for the info. Do you think the 1.50X1.50 bars would be strong enough to handle the Seawing Kayak carriers? They would be the perfect size for those and the Thule accessories and be very low profile.

Depending on your options (number of slots/profile, mounting type, anodized specs, etc) each bar can run about $85-$165. Look closely at my pics and you can see 3 different examples of the 8020 profiles used. I’m probably most happy with the 6 slot (2 on top and bottom and 1 on each side). Those were ~$115 each with shipping, not anodized on the ends, I just shot a little black automotive spray paint on the cut to “seal” them.
As far as a RTT, I would imagine no problems with supporting or having enough room, guess it all depends on your RTT specs.
Very limited space. Would likely need to consider another mounting option.I wouldn't have any worry with 80/20 supporting a tent, just curious how much room there is to reach under and bolt a tent with the standard u-bolt style setup. I'll mess with mine this weekend and report back.
I’m positive they would support it. Very ridged, very stout. However, with the 1.5 x 1.5 I would still recommend using the double hole support brackets. The single holes are a pain to mount up because of limited space to get the nuts and bolts in and tighten down. That's awesome! Thanks for the info. The lengths are different. I have a 200 as well. On the 200 thread there are specs. I did mine on my 100 at 44” minus 1mm to allow for fit if there were to be off on the front vs the rear. It’s a 2005 100 series. Would be interesting to know if other years are the same.@WoodyCreature what did it cost you?
Are the lenghts/size similar to 200 series or can you provide what you went with?

The single slot with hardware was about $80. The 8 slot with ends anodized and hardware was about $200. They are all very very stout. Having 8020 anodize the ends/cuts adds about 6 weeks to shipping, not worth it. Just paint the ends and be happy.
8020.netWhere'd you get those freaking crossbars ?!?1![]()
I was thinking, you could go with the 1 by 1 inch, i believe it's the 10 series. Save some room underneath.
I used 15 series and Gamiviti mounts.I'm not going the stock route. I'm gonna use the gamiviti mounts with some 10 series.
