Definitely taller and narrower than mine. If I was doing the lift from scratch, that is how I would go. That or Slee 4"

yes, taller + skinnier:

I think I will be OK for what I have planned for this truck. I really went cheap on this set of modifications..

What I really want to do is L shocks all around. I know for sure my rear droop is almost nil right now with my current setup.

The std OME shocks are designed to work with the stock bump stops, so travel is wasted when bump stop spacers are added. This can be regained by simply spacing the upper shock mount down. Then most of the 10" travel is usable, new found droop! Easy deal, cut/drill some spacers, get longer hardware, this is how my L shock setup is spaced.:hillbilly:

Simply elegant.

In case anyone is looking for the 345/75-16 KM2s, it looks like it may be time to break out the credit cards. I was informed by Discount Tire that Michelin is scheduled to start shipping these beginning late this week.

Awesome. CDan and I have been looking forward to replacing our Dunlops...

I want some bad. Real bad.

The published diameter is 36.4 inches and 572 revolutions per mile.

If you go backwards 63,360 inches / 572 = 110.76 inches, which would be the "loaded" diameter of the tire. 110.76 / 3.14159 = 35.256 inches, which would make the loaded radius 17.628 inches.

BFG lists them as 36.38" and 13.6" on a 9.5" wheel.

Mounted on the truck on stock rims (8" I think), at street pressure they are 35.75" tall and 13" wide.

That is how big my 37" Krawlers on 9" rims were....they are just a bit wider than my Krawlers.

I twisted it up and it was too dark for photos, but the lift is perfect but the tire diameter is going to get into the mudflaps. I need to get in there with a die grinder and trim up the flap and it will be A-OK

I think if I were starting from scratch a "J" in the front and heavies in the rear would be perfect for these tires.

Nice chat, but you still can't get this tire AFAIK :flipoff2:

How long were they sold out for? I got mine in early February of 2012 off Tire Rack if I'm not mistaken and had no issues getting them, came to $414 a tire though...

I searched for two months before rubicon for a set and everyone including tire distributors said they were not available and they didn't know when they would be again.

Tire rack has them in stock(only 9 but hey:rolleyes:) for $345 each. Shipping a set of 4 to my house was gonna be $121 more.

here is a linky to the page on Tire Rack
