Definitely not lacking for provisions. Enjoy the wide open spaces while you still can.
Man, we needed all of it this year. Had more mishaps in 2026 than the last 5 years combined.
 
I think that was on Old Ore Rd. We go for 9 days every year, split between BBNP, Terlingua, and BBRSP
oh nice, it's the closest National park to me so I need to get familiar. I was there in december but I didn't have a LC/LX so I just stuck to paved roads.

need to pick your brain for some itinerary ideas.

The interior of BBRSP is much better if your goal is some wheeling and hiking and getting off grid. There are a couple fantastic hikes in the NP, but it's SO crowded. BBRSP feels like you're on another planet.

Ya NP is getting crowded. I was there in Dec. Nice weather.
