I’m in Fiji right now and seen more 300s then 200s as well.

I wonder if that was part of the 300-series design calculus to be incrementally smaller. The US tends to be unique in the world where we prefer larger vehicles.

I wasn’t able to continue on uphill after rain had me sliding off the road yesterday in ETX, though despite the Michelins, was able to get straightened up and reverse back out.

Picked this ‘17 up in December and have been lurking around mud since. Extremely appreciative of all of the insight and knowledge here as I learn what these trucks are capable of.

This is giving me bad flashbacks from a Wyoming trip a couple years ago… I have a strong dislike for mud, you could say I hate the stuff.

Right there with ya. Wouldn’t have dreamt of testing my luck without the peace of mind of our tractor just a mile away.

I drove a similar road in a Toyota Etios in Argentina in 2024. lets just say my butthole was sealed shut the entire 5 miles i drove that road.

Vacationing in Japan. Headlight accents looked familiar. Brother from another mother?

They sure seemed to love the 200 series in the Middle East. The Saudis, Quataris and Kuwaitis especially. For some reason Nissan seemed to be more popular in the Emirates.

Estimated departure time, 12 hours. 30 days to see Glacier, Montana, and Idaho. Weather has us taking the longer southern route into Oklahoma then north. This kinda sucks but so does camping in torrential rain two nights and then driving through it all day on Sunday. Tomorrow’s plan is to make it to Oklahoma City and camp, then somewhere past Cheyenne to camp, finally Glacier on Monday for a while…lord knows I’ll have had my fill of driving by then.

Standing in the garage, randomly found myself thinking "damn, that's a great truck." Have had it for 7.5 years now and still love it.

Slow down and enjoy it

“Slow down and enjoy it”

Extremely funny these are the words you chose… I believe I’ve been a little hard on the brake pedal and need to make a parking lot repair.
