Installed the new safari snorkel for 2016 and up along with a 40” rigid adapt light bar!
The light is crazy expensive but definitely an impressive light! Much brighter, quieter and note how little glare is on the hood!

Went exploring local lakes today. All this within a 50 min drive of the house, and I've barely scratched the surface of what's out here. Amazing!

You guys see that big rock on the left-hand side of the photo? I didn't.

I wasn't going to get sliders, but it's looking like I should before I end up with some real damage.

Sadly no lx sliders anywhere

I have no idea how many of us are on the wait list with Slee, but I fear it's quite lone lol.

Would it have been better with no side step? They are easy to remove . . .

Without steps one of two things would have happened:

1. Cleared the rock.
2. Continued driving into the taller part rock until it hit my rocker panels and did some real damage.

The steps acted as a crush-zone of sorts, and I'll leave them on for the time being. Will definitely be looking around for sliders soon. And likely some light (aluminium) skid plates. And I'm thinking AHC lift may need to happen, too. Damnit, I told myself I wasn't going to go down this rabbit hole with the LX! haha

Hit the beach today, it was smooth as silk out there, no 4wd needed. Saw this 200 with Rock Warriors and an ARB bumper. It had Colorado plates and this was in south Texas.
