i wanted the different panels to be removable should anythign need fixing or replacing hence the wiring to the old dash for lengths.
the throttle cable coming through the firewall.
the perfect location for the fuel filter, easy access and the hoses have room to curve naturally

brake lines, with the larger master you need to modify the brake line routing. i wanted them nice and tight to each other
i wanted them to clear all obstacles
i wanted them mounted firmly
i wanted them to look factory

first the short line to the valve

Blown away!

Wayne

After coming up on the weekend, I can clearly say your pictures don't do your craftmanship justice.

You are turly an artist who takes pride in his work.
I have seen alot of trailer queens that are no where near this quality and thought.

I am a huge fan of attention to detail and well thought out planning, and your work shows it in spades.

As a side note, thanks for taking the time with me and the wife to talk trucks .You gave me some real food for thought, and some great idea's for my cruiser.

We both really enjoyed the driver training as well.

thanks for the kind words Dave, all i can really say ... is i try.

it was fun seeing the FJCruiser in action, it is a lot more capable than i gave it credit for.

the pleasure was mine to meet with you and Anita, next time plan on supper, Berni is a wicked cook. I look forward to going over your truck in person in the near future.

cheers bud.

the AC relays mounted

since there is so many new conection behind the dash we made up a feed and a ground wire to silicone tot eh back of the dash. this allows all the extras to be removed if needed plus it save another 19 wires from being run. simple, clean and secure.
the routing of the coolant hoses, wiring, fuel lines, brake lines etc... tight is not the right word.

gone is the fake back ground and now the plates are powder coated to match the rest of the truck with the white lettering...

in case you missed it, the brake lines are now powder coated black as well to blend in with the firewall.

that is it for today. 2 more days and then i am taking the weekend off and back at it monday.

lets see how much more i can accomplish by friday morning.

cheers and thanks for following along.

nice fit in the wheel well and good tread design. the report back is the Toyo MT is a quiet good performing long lasting tire. 255/85R16 on factory greys (last in North America).
