Any dents on panels? Any fading clearcoat?
Nothing noticeable dent wise. Clearcoat is fine, just the VX-R trim molding is faded. The fenders were repainted at some point in time. Front bumper is ugly. Some scuffs and stuff on fenders - like some adhesive was spilled on it. Behind the spare tire that paint has a rough feel to it/dirty. I’m have the rig scheduled for a paint correction/exterior detail which should get rid of most of that.

is the dash cracked or warping underneath the cover? Also, those look like seat covers right? What do the seats look like underneath those covers?

The paint is different under the hood ? Never seen that on OEM paint.

Looks slightly different I suppose? You could be right.
Here’s another pic

Yes the dash has 3 cracks in it as pictured below. No warping. The seat covers are semi permanent - they’re not meant to be taken on/off and are held taught by upholstery hooks. So unsure of seat condition - the rears are fine though. I did another pass and there are a few small quarter sized dints on the back tailgate.

To be fully transparent this isn’t a restoration or garaged queen. It was probably used like a Landcruiser should be in austere environments. That being said it’s a solid rig with a great base. Happy to answer any questions or specific photos.

Updated some photos & fixed some items. Temp gauge is fixed for good now, bet connector prong. Also some pictures of the seats pre-seat cover.

got her detailed with paint buffed and windows cut. Been daily driving it. The 5 speed is real fun.

5 speed, triple locked, left hand drive. Surprised this isn’t gone yet. Negotiable on price to move it.

Looks pretty sweet!! Do you know if this is OBD 1 or 2? I also noticed the choke knob... Kind of interesting to have that on efi rig.

Based on Diagnostic port in engine bay I would say this is ODB1.

That knob is the idle up knob. All my non-us spec cruisers have them.

^^^^ This, I added one to my US spec Cruiser

I did see the diagnostic port. I was hoping it also had the 16-pin port under the dash -- especially since it has the later air meter. I've been struggling with my '94 for two years and can't get another obd1.

I understand. I took another look above the fuse box and there is the cut out for the 16 Pin plug, maybe it’s pushed back into the dash? I can double check again here in a few hours see if it’s floating around in the darkness.

If it helps the VIN is fzj80-0107336 and it is an 05/1995

Thanks! I'll take a peak.
