I decided to go with Lizard Skin because I have heard some good things about it, and I can spray it out of a gun which means I can get into a lot of tight spaces. I am doing both the Sound and Thermal insulation.

I recommend getting the "Spray Kit" from them and just saving yourself the time. The spray is easy enough to mix up using a drill and is water based so you can fix any overspray fairly easy. If you are used to painting with a paint gun you will be fine, but make sure you adjust your nozzle on some cardboard or something first.

I found that it liked to run at 60 PSI with my set up, but that could be different for you.

It also comes out purple, but dries to a black.

Even though I followed the manufacturers guidelines to a "T" I still had some slight cracking. I suppose this is because the epoxy primer was a little thicker and therefore more wet in certain spots. No big deal, I will let it cure more for a few days before adding the thermal coating.

I will try to take more pictures of the following projects so that there is more information available for others.
I will end up consolidating and improving a lot of the wiring to include rebuilding that rear harness.
I also have plans to sew up some sound deadening panels for the sidewalls that will snap on and also enable me to store tools and other essentials in the walls.
More to follow....

After writing about the buildout last night I noticed that I didn't even post anything about my trip to Alaska. We spent about 30 days exploring Alaska and British Columbia while heading up the the Arctic Circle. The Troop Carrier is certainly a great option for this style of travel. The 40 gallon LRA auxiliary tank proved to be the MVP of the trip. We more than once found ourselves in some pretty harry spots the worst being the Telkwa pass in Canada. That trail was an absolute trauma. The trip was absolutely worth it, and I can't wait to go back. My only advice is to make sure your vehicle is 100% ready to put some serious miles on it and make sure that you are able to carry some extra fuel and can self recover. This trip cost me 2 maxtraxx.

Telkwa Pass. If you have the chance to go it's an awesome location. Where the truck is parked is actually a nice camping spot right on the water.

There is a NAPA auto parts at the top of the world. I was able to get a gas cap from them which was a life saver.

I love that we were in a stow storm and then about 2 hours later we were in a desert....
