If I had more garage space. :)

View attachment 1146547 I have been searching for one of these for quite a while now and have on occasion considered "creative importing" to get my hands on one. Fortunately I decided to not pursue the quasi-criminal route and waited on them to become legal for import. This is the result of my patience and the following will be the beginning of a "build" thread. ....
.....Thanks Steve @ LCD.

Just saw this thread - very nice condition! You will love it. Some advice - when you turbo it, be sure to watch your EGT's (as in: be sure they don't get too high). You may need adjust your fueling carefully for best balance of power, EGT and smoke, especially if climbing long steep hills. I will enjoy watching your build proceed.

Hopefully I can post some "progress" photos when I'm back in the country next week.

I feel that your job might be interfering with our 77 build. You might want to think about another career that will let you spend more time on our project.

Some days are more challenging than others ....... :)

A lot of small imperfections and some not so small had to be tended to but "paint day" is rapidly approaching.

I think you are missing something ... A turbo perhaps :grinpimp:

LED replacement bulbs for all of the exterior lights.

More to come ....

Is Rob branching out in his LED business to include 24V LEDs for the exterior lights? If so, I want prices!

The 77 Series will be the prototype. The goal is to eventually have ALL of the exterior lights in LED.

Looking great Charles and good progress too.

As I continue to drive mine I find myself thinking that perhaps a repaint and sound deadening is higher priority than many other things
