Well, you are doing a darn fine job of it. At this rate, you'll be flying this 62 back to Alpha Centauri.

Trail Tailor’s welding, fitment and quality. I am mind blown. It’s literally art, and it fit so tight and perfect like a bank vault. God Bless you Trail Tailor! More photos to come once installed fully

RevISK has a write up on how to clean the cold start injector, but now I can't find it! Something about dipping the bottom half in some cleaner overnight? RevISK can you help? I need to do the cleaning too!
Thank you!

I don't have a write up per se, you are remembering the talk we had at coffee the last time we met up.
Basically, get a can of throttle body cleaner, Berryman's sells non aerosol cans of it, and put enough in a jar to soak the injector side in. There is a diaphragm and/or some other bits in the smart end that would be damaged if left in contact with the TBC for long. The goal is dissolve any of the carbon that has built up in the injector tube.

First time I cleaned it, I thought I cleaned it well just spraying and blowing. When I really cleaned it made a huge difference in how well my truck started.

Hope this helps someone?

Ian

Rear bumper from Trail Tailor & Rear swing up door installed. Getting closer.

Trail Tailors bumper fit and finish again is a 10/10 I’ve worked with a lot of cool parts but this fit and finish and metal thickness is superb.

Went and got all the bushings from Spector off Road for the injectors have to redo it for the 3rd time because of the fuel leak. At this point I can do it with my eyes closed

Next installing the winch wiring & front seats
